You must be 21 or older (or the legal minimum age in your state) to use sportsbooks. This site is for adults only.

This page explains how to contact the Best Sportsbook Promos team, what we can help with and what we can't. We are an independent comparison site. We are not a sportsbook, so we can't open, fix or close accounts, and we can't pay out winnings.

What you can contact us about

We are glad to hear from readers on these topics:

  • Corrections: an offer amount, rollover figure, expiration window or eligibility rule on our pages that looks out of date or wrong.
  • Feedback: a guide that was unclear, or a promotion topic you would like explained, such as bonus bets versus cashable funds.
  • Editorial questions: how we review and rank operators. Our About Us page covers the basics.
  • Business inquiries: partnership or listing questions. Commercial relationships never buy a higher position, and we may earn a commission when readers use links on this site.
  • Privacy and terms questions: please read our Terms and Conditions first.

What we can't help with

Some problems only the sportsbook can solve. Please go to the operator directly for:

  • Login problems, password resets and account verification.
  • Bonus credits that did not appear, or a promo code that was rejected.
  • Deposit or withdrawal delays and payment questions.
  • Disputes about bet settlement or account closure.

Look for the support or help link on the operator's own site or app. Keep screenshots, dates and any confirmation emails, and read the promotion's terms before you write. If a dispute is not resolved, note that protections differ by where a sportsbook is licensed. State-regulated operators answer to a state gaming regulator. Offshore operators do not, so a complaint may have no independent route and there is a real risk of not being paid. We do not present any operator as risk-free.

How to write to us so we can help

  1. Name the page and the operator you are asking about.
  2. Quote the figure or sentence you think is wrong.
  3. Tell us where you found the correct information, ideally the operator's own current terms, and the date you saw it.
  4. Say which state you are in if eligibility is part of your question.
  5. Leave out passwords, full card numbers and Social Security numbers. We never need them.

What to expect after you get in touch

We read every message about accuracy. We can't promise a reply time or a personal reply to every message, but verified corrections are made to the page. Promotions change often, so a figure that was right when we checked may have changed. Always confirm the current terms, including rollover, minimum odds, expiration and qualifying payment methods, on the operator's site before you deposit.

Responsible gambling and where to get help

Betting can lead to losses, and no promotion changes that. Bet only what you can afford to lose, never chase losses and never treat betting as income. Read more on our Responsible Gambling page.

  • National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537). Free, confidential, 24/7.
  • Texas residents: ask the helpline for Texas-specific resources, or contact the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for local treatment and support information. Please verify current details with those organizations.

If you feel your betting is getting out of hand, use deposit limits or self-exclusion tools at your sportsbook, and reach out for support.
